A group of 600 American Jews have invested $1,450,000 in industrial enterprises in Israel and this sum has been matched by Solel Boneh, industrial cooperative of the Israel Federation of Labor, it was revealed here today at a press conference by Hillel Don, manager of Solel Boneh, who arrived here from Israel.
The enterprises established by Solel Boneh in partnership with private investors are conducted on a fifty-fifty partnership basis, Mr. Don reported. He said that the purpose of his visit to the United States was to interest American private capital in developing industrial plants in Israel in cooperation with Solel Boneh.
