An estimated 60,000 former Nazis now living in West Germany under assumed names are to be offered a new amnesty by the Adenauer government, it was reported here today from Bonn. The 60,000 are believed to be men with such records that they feared to take advantage of the last amnesty offered to Nazis in 1949.
