A suit for $75,000 damages for the death of Rabbi Tewel Goldberg was filed in the Supreme Court yesterday by Dr. Jacob I. Margolis, administrator of his estate.
Rabbi Goldberg was one of a number of persons who were killed on June 1, when a Wabash Railroad train on which he was riding from St. Louis to New York, collided with a freight train near Williamsport.
