Fifty schools enroll 77 percent of all Jewish college students in the United States and Canada, B’nai B’rith announced during the week-end on the basis of a survey by its vocational service bureau.
Although 21.5 percent of American and Canadian college students are enrolled in schools with a registration of 1,000 or less, only 6.1 percent of the Jewish students are enrolled in institutions of this size. There are no Jewish students in 426 out of 1,429 institutions about which the B’nai B’rith was able to obtain data.
