More than 900 refugees form Estonia, Poland, Rumania, and Bulgaria have sailed for Palestine and Constanza on the British steamship Tigerhill, flying the Panama flags, it was reported here today. Another 650 refugees from Poland were halted at the Polish-Rumanian border.
