The annual dinner of the Jewish Education Association will be held on Sunday, December 14th, it was announced by Bernard Semel, honorary secretary of the Association. Mr. Semel further announced that Mark Eisner who was recently elected a member of the Executive Board of the Association has agreed to serve as chairman of the committee of arrangements for the dinner.
The event this year, as in previous years, will take the form of a Chanukah celebration, Mr. Semel stated, and will be marked by a program designed to bring home the outstanding importance of the Jewish educational problem for American Jewry at large, and for the Jews of New York in particular.
