A $300 million initiative to give to give every Jew between the ages of 15 to 26 a first-time trip to Israel will launch this fall with trips for college students. Birthright Israel will provide funds to cover round-trip air fare from designated cities and the first 10 days on an approved Israel program for Jewish youth.
