A Berlin memorial to Jewish Holocaust victims was defaced. Yellow stars were painted on some of the memorial’s 2,711 concrete panels, Ha’aretz reported. The vandalism, discovered Nov. 17, took place despite the fact that the memorial is under constant surveillance.
