A bomb exploded in Independence Park in the heart of Jerusalem Wednesday but caused no casualties or damage. Fragments of flying metal were reported to have hit the walls of an adjacent school where classes had just started. The blast occurred as Secretary of State Henry A. Kissinger was still in the King David Hotel about a mile away.
