The Ukrainian publication attempts to prove that Petlura was favorable toward the Jewish ?citing as an instance the introduction of Jewish national autonomy in ## Ukraine. Declarations by Kras? former Minister for Jewish Affairs the Petlura government, Dr. Arr## Margolin, former Ukrainian Supr? Court Justice, are also quoted. Statements by Vladimir Jabotinsky Slavinsky are given.
