A book published in Argentina explores the history of the country’s Yiddish theater. The 270-page paperback book is called “Oysfarkoyft,” Yiddish for “Sold Out,” and utilizes more than 100 posters — some dating back to 1901 — and texts in English and Spanish to give readers a sense of the history and importance of Yiddish theater to the Argentine Jewish community.
