A British cartoon that outraged Israel supporters was honored by Britain’s Political Cartoon Society. On Tuesday, the cartoon, which showed Ariel Sharon eating a baby and which critics said was reminiscent of blood libels used against Jews throughout history, was declared the top political cartoon of the year.
