A British journalist challenged a ban on his entry to Israel on the basis of his relationship with nuclear whistle-blower Mordechai Vanunu. Attorneys for Peter Hounam petitioned Jerusalem District Court on Thursday to overturn the Interior Ministry ban. Hounam, who broke Vanunu’s account of Israeli nuclear secrets in 1986, came to Israel in April for Vanunu’s release from prison.
