A British journalist linked to nuclear whistle-blower Mordechai Vanunu failed to reverse a ban on his entering Israel. Jerusalem District Court on Tuesday upheld the Interior Ministry’s decision to declare Peter Hounam persona non grata last month after the Sunday Times reporter organized a recent unauthorized television interview with Vanunu.
