A car bomb went off Wednesday in West Beirut as an Israeli patrol was passing by. Israeli officials did not give any details of casualties. But according to reports from Beirut two Israeli soldiers were killed and several others injured. The bomb, which was in a Mercedes, was reportedly detonated by remote control.
