A ceremony was held at a Jewish settlement near the West Bank town of Ramallah for a new neighborhood named after a mother and son killed in a terrorist shooting attack. Israeli Defense Minister Yitzhak Mordechai said the neighborhood in Beit El was part of government plans to support the natural growth of communities in the West Bank.
