A Chicago man found guilty of threatening Jewish teenagers with a gun was sentenced to 60 days in prison.
John Fiorentino, 21, also received two years probation Wednesday in Cook County Circuit Court after being found guilty of a felony hate crime, the Chicago Tribune reported.
Fiorentino was convicted last month of threatening three Jewish teens with a gun and shouting anti-Semitic slurs following a 2007 traffic altercation in Lincolnwood, a Chicago suburb.
Fiorentino denied that he had targeted the teens because they were Jewish, but he admitted his reaction was “wrong and stupid.”
