A columnist for Egypt’s official daily newspaper wrote an article repeatedly cursing Jews, denying the Holocaust and calling Hitler a “modest pupil in the world of murder and bloodshed.” After several paragraphs of calling the Jewish people “the accursed,” Fama Abdallah Mahmoud wrote in Al- Akbar that the Holocaust is an “imaginary tale,” according to a translation by the Middle East Media Research Institute.
