A concert featuring three acclaimed cantors will air on U.S. public television later this month. Naftali Hershtik of the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem, Benzion Miller of Young Israel Beth-El in Brooklyn and Alberto Mizrahi of Anshe Emet in Chicago will sing on “Cantors: A Faith in Song.” The program of cantorial and secular music, taped in Amsterdam’s Portugese Synagogue, will air in many cities throughout the United States on Sept. 22 at 8 p.m.
