A Delaware rabbi was arrested for allegedly conducting an inappropriate relationship with a teenage boy. Rabbi Jack Sparks, 53 was arrested on charges of child endangerment by Newark police on Monday and released on bail, the Delaware News Journal reported. Sparks, who is the head of school at the Albert Einstein Academy in Talleyville, was placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation, a school official said. Police say the relationship occurred between February and December 2007, and entailed Sparks shopping for pornography with the boy and sending sexually themed messages to him over the Internet. The boy was not a student at Sparks’ school.
