A delegation from the Israel Defense Forces is visiting Ukraine. Delegations visit different countries where Jews suffered in the Holocaust on an annual basis. But Friday’s visit, hosted by the Israeli Embassy in Kiev, is believed to be the first time such a delegation will visit Ukraine.
