A delegation of members of the Parliament of Europe concluded a dialogue with Knesset members on an uncertain note Thursday. Tobe Nielsen of Denmark, chairman of the group, observed that relations between Israel and West European nations are not as good as they should be, The delegates suggested that relations would return to normal once Israel pulled its troops out of Lebanon. They rejected economic sanctions against Israel.
