A demographic study group that exposed official Palestinian overcounting said Israel could incorporate the West Bank and still remain both Jewish and democratic. The report presented Wednesday by the American-Israel Demographic Research Group at the American Enterprise Institute said Jews constitute a 67 percent majority in Israel and the West Bank.
