A far-right nationalist who publishes anti-Semitic magazines is poised to take part in a Dec. 10 runoff in Romania s presidential elections. According to partial results from Sunday s elections, Corneliu Vadim Tudor surprised analysts by getting 29 percent of the vote, second to former President Ion Iliescu, who got an estimated 37 percent of the vote.
