A federal judge in Washington plans to hear oral arguments on whether attorneys for convicted spy Jonathan Pollard should have access to classified portions of the court record. The attorneys argue that those documents led to a sentence of life imprisonment, which they are now appealing. A former U.S. Navy intelligence analyst, Pollard was sentenced in 1987 for spying for Israel.
