A former commander of a Croatian concentration camp was hospitalized on the eve of his war crimes trial. The judge in the trial of Dinko Sakic, who headed the Jasenovac camp during World War II, is expected to decide Thursday whether to proceed with the trail. If convicted, Sakic, who was extradited to Croatia by Argentina in July 1998, faces up to 20 years in prison.
