Arlette Charbot, head of news at publicly-owned France 2, which filmed the death of Mohammed Al-Dura in his father’s arms in the Gaza Strip in 2000, said last Friday that certain Internet sites and most notably the Franco-Israeli Metula News Agency claimed that “Al-Durrah wasn’t dead, his father had never been injured and the whole thing was set up and filmed by France 2.”
