A group of Israeli settlers set up an unauthorized West Bank outpost near Ramallah on Wednesday. Settlers said they set up mobile homes on a hilltop east of the settlement of Pesagot in response to the killing of three family members from the settlement in a recent terrorist ambush, the Israeli daily Ha’aretz reported.
