A group of people who underwent Reform conversions in Israel are pressing to be recognized by the Interior Ministry. After winning a case last week, when the High Court of Justice ruled that the Interior Ministry must now register Israelis who had Reform or Conservative conversions as Jews on their national identification cards, the converts are urging Attorney General Elyakim Rubenstein to have the ministry comply with the court order.
