A Hamas member who dispatched suicide bombers to Jerusalem five years ago was sentenced to 26 life sentences. Muadi Ballal, a 31-year-old from Nablus, was convicted by an Israeli military court for sending the five suicide bombers who killed 21 people in separate attacks in the Mahane Yehuda outdoor market and Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall in 1997.
