A Hebrew translation of Pope John Paul II’s poetry will be published in Israel, according to Al Hamishmar. The paper reported that the Pope agreed to the publication of his poems, written in Polish, if he could review the translations into Hebrew, which he studied in the theological seminary of Warsaw. The poetry, according to Al Hamishmar, is scheduled to be published by Eked Publishers of Tel Aviv. No publication date was announced.
