A “hotline” over which school children can discuss any personal problems they may face anonymously with trained volunteers got under way here this week under the auspices of the Tel Aviv Central Parents Committee. The service will be available on a 24-hour-a-day basis. During school hours, calls will be taken at the committee’s office. After school hours, calls will be taken by a duty roster of teachers, psychologists, counsellors and kindergarten teachers.
