A judge who made anti-Jewish, anti-Arab and anti-black remarks was removed from the Michigan Supreme Court. Andrea Ferrara had denied the remarks, which were caught on tape by her ex-husband. In making the ruling, the federal judge said Ferrara was being removed because of her conduct during the investigation.
