A large British delegation will attend the Second World Conference on Soviet Jewry Feb. 17-19 in Brussels. The delegation will be led by Greville Janner, MP, acting president of the Board of Deputies of British Jews in the absence of the president, Lord Fisher, who is ill. The British delegation will comprise 150 persons, representing a broad spectrum of Soviet Jewry campaign activists. In addition, a distinguished delegation of member of both house of Parliament will be going to the conference. It will be led by Lord Soper, a sponsor of the All-Party Parliamentary Committee for the Release of Soviet Jewry.
