A lawsuit calls on the U.S. Air Force to stop the proselytizing at the Air Force Academy. Mikey Weinstein filed the lawsuit in a U.S. court Thursday, saying the academy has failed to stop discrimination and harassment of non-evangelical Christian, non-Christian and atheist members of the Colorado Springs, Colo., academy. The Air Force recently instituted new tolerance guidelines following reports of evangelizing and an overtly Christian atmosphere at the academy. The Air Force has 20 days to respond to the lawsuit.
