A lawsuit claiming that the U.S. Army pillaged family treasures seized by Nazis from Jews during World War II appears to be settled. Hungarian Holocaust survivors told a U.S. judge Monday that they had agreed to settle the “Gold Train” case with the U.S. Justice Department, The Associated Press reported.
