A lawyer is distributing guidelines to all of Texas’ school districts on how to get around a recent Supreme Court ruling blocking student-led prayers at high school football games, according to the American Jewish Congress. The group warned that attempts to evade the ruling would result in more legal challenges that would “very likely be successful” and would force school districts to “spend their limited funds in wasteful litigation.”
