A left-wing Zionist organization condemned the renewed U.S. bombing of Vietnam. In a communique Monday, the Bernard Lazare Circle said the new bombing “completely shatters the hopes of those who thought that peace had finally come to Indochina,” The group called upon its members “and progressive Jewish opinion everywhere” to demonstrate its “active solidarity with the Vietnamese people.”
