A Lithuanian judge said the trial of a suspected Nazi war criminal would begin in January. Kazys Gimzauskas, 90, was the deputy chief of the Lithuanian security police in Vilnius during World War II. Gimzauskas, who denies he committed any crimes, says he is too ill to stand trial.
