A London-based Muslim cleric wanted to kill Jews and others as part of an Islamic holy war, according to British prosecutors. Sheik Abdullah Faisal, 39, was accused Wednesday of supporting Osama bin Laden and urging his followers to use chemical and nuclear weapons.
