A man from the Philadelphia area is asking a U.S. appeals court to reinstate his U.S. citizenship. The appeal was filed after a judge ruled last year that Theodor Szehinskyj, 77, would have been barred from immigrating to the United States in 1950 if he had not hidden his service as a Nazi SS guard.
