A Nazi, Moder, elected to the new Reichstag which has not yet been convened, was arrested today and held by the police as one of the bombers of the synagogue in Kiel.
The arrest is legal since the immunity privilege of Reichstag members does not apply before the first session of the Parliament is held.
The Nazi party has lodged a protest, notwithstanding and threatens serious consequences if their comrade is held.
Three other arrests in connection with the bombing of the synagogue in Kiel were also made today.
