A new poll shows American approval of both Israel and the Palestinians improving, though Israel continues to far outpace the Palestinians. The Gallup poll, published Feb. 15, shows a 69 percent approval rating for Israel, as high as it has ever been since the 1991 Persian Gulf War, and a 29 percent approval rating for the Palestinians, the highest in six years.
