A New Zealand lawmaker called on his country to give Mordechai Vanunu honorary citizenship. “A New Zealand passport can be Vanunu’s path to freedom,” Keith Locke of the liberal Green Party told Israel Radio on Monday. “It will be hailed as a humanitarian act in the eyes of those opposing nuclear proliferation.”
