A number of local Jewish women’s organizations have pledged themselves to provide funds for the transportation of at least one Jewish child from Germany to Palestine. Among these are the following; Beth El Sisterhood, Pioneer Women’s club, Consumptive Relief society, Council of Jewish Women, Y. M. and Y. W. H. A. club, Senior Hadassah, Beth Israel auxiliary, Macabbean lodge auxiliary, Progressive club, Kodimoh auxiliary and B’nai B’rith auxiliary.
A committee composed of Mrs. Joseph Ginsberg, Mrs. Bernard J. Klein, Mrs. Edward Schupack and Mrs. Samuel Segal are making efforts to interest junior groups in the undertaking.
