A number of the leading works in Yiddish literature were recently translated into Polish and published by the Polish-Jewish publishing company, Safruth. The publishers report that the works of J. L. Peretz, H. D. Naumberg, Z. Segalowitz and J. Opatoshu have found considerable circulation among the Polish reading public and evoked high comment in the Polish critical journals.
