A Palestinian woman was captured before she could carry out a bombing in the West Bank. Israeli security officials said soldiers, acting on intelligence warnings of an impending suicide bombing, intercepted the woman outside the settlement city of Ariel on Thursday night and found a bomb in her handbag.
