A Pittsburgh museum may house a work attributed to Rembrandt that was stolen from a French Jew by the Nazis. “Portrait of an Elderly Jew in a Fur Hat” appeared as part of the collection of the Carnegie Museum of Art in a publication of looted artworks distributed at this week’s conference on Holocaust-era assets in Washington.
