A play in New York about the death of a pro-Palestinian demonstrator at the hands of an Israeli bulldozer was delayed. James Nicola, the artistic director of the New York Theater workshop, said he decided to delay the March 22 opening of “My Name is Rachel Corrie,” because of concerns from the local Jewish community.
