A pro-Israel advocacy group has begun a letter campaign protesting a planned speech at Columbia University by a fiercely anti-Israel poet. Tom Paulin, an Irish poet who has declared that Israel has no right to exist and has justified suicide attacks on Israeli civilians, will address Columbia’s Heyman Center for the Humanities Thursday.
